SIA "HERMESS" Privacy Policy

1. SIA "Hermess" (registered in the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia, reg. no. 40003057181, legal address: Tiraine, Jelgavas cels 18, LV-2167), is the Controller that fulfills the requirements of the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 in Latvia.

This Privacy Policy explains how SIA Hermess processes personal data when using our services. This policy applies to the processing of all types of personal data that SIA Hermess collects from websites, e-mail correspondence, applications, widgets, questionnaires, contracts and other sources.

The data subject has the right to request deletion of personal data, restriction of personal data processing, object to personal data processing, request correction of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
SIA "Hermess" communicates with the data subject using the contact information provided by the data subject (phone number, e-mail address, address).
If you feel that your right to personal data protection has been violated, you can file a complaint with the personal data supervisory authority.

Right to withdraw consent
If the processing of personal data has started and takes place in accordance with the consent of the data
subject, the data subject has the right to revoke it by sending a revocation to the e-mail address: hermess@hermess.lv
Withdrawal of consent does not affect data processing carried out at the time when the Client's consent was valid. Withdrawal of consent cannot stop data processing carried out on the basis of other legal bases.
The user has the right to delete his profile by sending a request to the e-mail: hermess@hermess.lv. In this case, the request is accepted only if it is sent from the same e-mail to which the user profile is registered

Changes to the Privacy Policy
SIA "Hermess" has the right to make changes at any time, which are published on the website www.hermess.lv.
